Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale are part of Kovex’s Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests agree when using our services. By booking online or via phone with Kovex, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Once an appointment is made, you are bound under these terms and conditions.

Packages

Kovex offers a variety of detailing packages for different vehicle types. Prices and package contents are subject to change at Kovex’s discretion. Any changes will be reflected on our website at www.detaildash.org.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment for services is due upon completion of the requested service. Kovex accepts cash, debit, and credit card payments. If a card is declined, customers are required to resolve the payment issue within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in the initiation of a collection process.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Clients must remove all personal belongings, money, and other valuable items from their vehicle prior to the detailing service. Kovex is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle itself, its contents, or the service location. Ensure that the vehicle is serviced in a lawful and safe area; if you have any concerns, please communicate them to your detailing specialist. All vehicles are serviced at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning procedures. Any damage claims related to detailing will be limited to the cost of the service provided.

We reserve the right to require a credit or debit card to secure a booking. Payment details are processed securely through our chosen third-party platform, GoHighLevel. We also reserve the right to reschedule or alter appointments based on staffing, weather, or equipment issues. A minimum 20% surcharge will apply to jobs involving hazardous materials such as urine, vomit, blood, or feces.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a $40 fee will be charged to cover our technician’s time. This policy applies to all retail-priced car detailing services.

Satisfaction Policy

If there is clear evidence that the service technician did not complete the service as ordered, or if there are concerns regarding the craftsmanship, we will re-perform the unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of service completion. You can file claims by phone, email, or text, and pictures of the unsatisfactory areas must be submitted within the 24-hour window.

Appointment Time

Due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, our technician may arrive late. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or via phone. Kovex will do its best to inform you in the event of any delays.

Coupon & Referral Policy

Kovex may offer referral programs, allowing you to earn credits toward future services by sharing a unique referral link. Combining credits and coupons is not permitted. To qualify for referral credits, the referred individual must be a new customer. Using fake referrals, spam, or other improper methods to collect credits is strictly prohibited, and violations may result in the cancellation of credits and disqualification from future offers. Kovex reserves the right to adjust or void credits at any time.
